Housing Support Officer




Location: London - Multiple locations

Department: Supported Housing

Duration: Short term contracts - 3 - 6 month contracts

Days: Monday to Thursday

Hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm

Rate: £17 per hour + holiday pay

We are seeking an experienced Housing Support Officer to join the team at sheltered accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

• Rent collection and tenancy sign-ups
• Conducting wellbeing checks for vulnerable residents
• Health & safety monitoring and fire safety compliance
• Addressing anti-social behaviour (ASB)
• Reporting repairs and maintaining a safe living environment

Health & Safety:

This role involves lone working. To mitigate risks, staff will be provided with a personal safety device (Pebble) and appropriate lone-working procedures will be in place.
