Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant

Location: Mainstream Secondary School, Bracknell, Berkshire

Start Date: Monday 13 April 2026 or ASAP

Pay: £500.00 per week

Our partner school, located in Bracknell, Berkshire, is a large, inclusive secondary school with over 1,000 students and a thriving sixth form. With a strong reputation for developing graduate talent, the school offers a supportive environment where you'll be encouraged to grow professionally.

What You'll Be Doing:

Providing academic support in your subject area

Running small group interventions to help boost student attainment

Supporting students with SEND to access the curriculum

Assisting across a range of subjects when needed

Helping to maintain a positive learning environment through effective behaviour strategies

What We're Looking For:

A degree in any subject (essential)

A calm, proactive, and positive attitude

Previous experience working with young people (desirable, not essential)

A willingness to learn and a genuine interest in education
