🎓 About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Media Lecturer to join our academic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching in media and communications, contribute to curriculum development, and support student success through engaging and innovative learning methods.



🧑‍🏫 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and seminars in media, communications, and related subjects
• Develop and update curriculum content in line with industry trends
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work
• Contribute to academic research, publications, and departmental activities
• Participate in academic meetings, quality assurance, and accreditation processes

✅ Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Media Studies, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Prior teaching experience in a university or higher education setting
• Strong knowledge of media theory, digital media, and communication practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage

💡 Desirable Skills

• Industry experience in media, journalism, broadcasting, or digital content creation
• Research publications in recognized journals
• Familiarity with tools such as video editing software, content creation platforms, or digital analytics tools
