💰 £24-£26 per hour | 36 hrs per week
📅 2 months initially (chance to extend to 1-year FTC)

We're working with a busy and supportive Further Education environment that needs an experienced HR Business Partner who can come in, get stuck in, and make things happen from day one.
This isn't a role where you'll be sitting on the sidelines - you'll be right in the middle of it, partnering with managers, handling real HR challenges, and helping teams run smoothly.
What you'll be doing
- Supporting managers with day-to-day HR issues and tricky employee relations cases
- Taking ownership of your areas and managing the full employee lifecycle
- Handling things like disciplinarians, grievances, sickness, and restructures
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
- Helping managers feel confident and supported in their people decisions
What we're looking for
- Someone who's worked as an HR Business Partner (or similar level)
- Strong hands-on, operational HR experience
- Confident dealing with employee relations from start to finish
- Ideally experience in the Further Education sector
- Someone proactive, approachable, and not afraid to roll up their sleeves
