📍 Location: SW6 1DT (Chiswick - buildings within walking distance)

💷 Pay Rate: £15.50+ per hour (PAYE) / £16+ per hour (Umbrella) / £28,000-£30,000 (LTD equivalent)

📅 Contract: Temp to Perm

Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Supported Housing Officer to join a service based in Chiswick. This is an excellent opportunity to work with ex-veterans, supporting them to maintain independent living and achieve positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of clients with low to medium support needs (size TBC)
• Provide support around tenancy sustainment and engagement
• Deliver keyworking sessions and complete risk assessments
• Support new tenants with property viewings and sign-ups
• Work closely with residents to promote independence and wellbeing
• Maintain accurate case notes and contribute to support plans

Requirements

• Experience working within supported housing / homelessness / veterans services
• Strong understanding of tenancy management and support planning
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work independently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with individuals with mixed support needs
