Tenancy Sustainment Caseworker

We are looking for a Tenancy Sustainment Worker (TST Caseworker) to provide floating support to adults recovering from homelessness across North East London. This role focuses on supporting individuals to maintain their tenancies and move towards independent living.

This is a hybrid role involving office, community, and occasional home working. Please note this role involves lone working. Travel expenses can be claimed.

Location: Northeast London / King's Cross (Hybrid Working)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm)
Contract: Temporary (Approx. 2 months)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of 25-28 clients and deliver regular key working sessions
• Complete risk assessments and develop support and move-on plans
• Support clients with budgeting, debt, and accessing services
• Promote independence, wellbeing, and tenancy sustainment
• Work with external agencies and respond to safeguarding concerns

Requirements

• Experience supporting vulnerable clients (mental health, substance misuse, homelessness)
• Knowledge of risk assessment, support planning, and housing pathways
• Ability to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed support
• Strong organisational and partnership working skills
• Enhanced Child and Adult DBS on the Update Service
