Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour + Holiday Pay

Contract: Ongoing Temporary

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Progression Coach to support individuals experiencing homelessness in moving towards positive outcomes such as training, work experience, and employment.

This role focuses on delivering clear, measurable progression, ensuring clients are supported to take meaningful steps forward rather than remaining in long-term support.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 coaching, advice, and guidance (IAG)
• Support clients with CV writing, job applications, and interview preparation
• Manage a caseload and track client progress effectively
• Assist individuals into training, employment, and other positive pathways
• Deliver or support group sessions (e.g. employability skills workshops)
• Build and maintain relationships with employers, training providers, and external partners
• Accurately record outcomes and report on progress

What Success Looks Like

• Clients progressing into employment, training, or further opportunities
• Clear and structured progression plans for each individual
• Strong caseload management with consistent tracking of outcomes
• Positive partnerships that create real opportunities for clients

Key Requirements

• Experience supporting individuals with multiple barriers (e.g. homelessness, complex needs)
• Strong coaching and motivational skills
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a busy caseload
• Experience working in a target-driven or outcome-focused environment
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
