Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Specialism in Physics with strong subject expertise
Proven ability to deliver engaging, differentiated, and inclusive lessons
A passion for student engagement, attainment, and continuous improvement
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
A proactive, adaptable mindset with a commitment to innovation in teaching and learning
