We are currently recruiting for an experienced Interim Team Leader to join a busy and fast-paced Compliance & Student Records team within a Further Education setting.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong administrator and confident people manager with experience within student records, enrolment, MIS, compliance, or apprenticeship administration.
The successful candidate will lead a team of 4 staff, ensuring enrolment and back-office data is processed accurately, efficiently, and within required deadlines, while supporting operational delivery during a busy enrolment period.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and manage a team of 4 administrators
Ensure enrolment and student records data is entered accurately and in a timely manner
Manage team workloads, shared inboxes, and data change requests
Support the processing of Apprenticeship learner documentation from enrolment through to completion
Maintain high levels of compliance and data accuracy across all records
Support front-facing enrolment services during busy summer periods
Coordinate and communicate effectively with staff working across multiple sites via Teams and email
Work closely with the Audit & Compliance Manager to support departmental objectives
Experience & Skills Required:
Previous experience within Compliance, MIS, Student Records, Admissions, Enrolment, or Apprenticeship Administration
Experience managing or supervising staff within a busy administrative environment
Knowledge of ProSolution is highly desirable
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience within Further Education or a college environment would be advantageous
Location:
Based primarily at Sutton Coldfield with occasional travel to other college sites when required.
Contract Details:
Interim role for a minimum of 3 months
Immediate start available
