The Role
You will deliver engaging and industry-focused teaching across Level 4 and 5 HTQ programmes in Modern Methods of Construction, supporting learners to develop the technical knowledge and practical understanding required for careers within the evolving construction sector.
You will contribute to curriculum development, learner achievement, employer engagement, and the continued growth of innovative construction provision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality teaching across HTQ programmes
- Teach subjects including off-site construction, sustainable methods, digital construction, and modern construction technologies
- Prepare lesson materials, schemes of work, and assessment plans
Requirements
- Level 4 qualification or above in Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Services, Architectural Technology, or a related field
- Strong industry experience within Modern Methods of Construction
- Knowledge of modular/off-site construction and emerging construction technologies
- Teaching qualification desirable
- Experience delivering HTQ programmes desirable
- Assessor/IQA qualifications advantageous
