Key Responsibilities:

• Support the institution's plans, policies, and procedures to enhance educational outcomes.
  
• Plan, implement, monitor, and review teaching strategies and resources.
  
• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents and the local community.
  
• Participate in professional development and performance management initiatives.
  
• Act as a role model of professional conduct and commitment.
  
  Qualifications:
  
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  
• Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
  
• Completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
  
  Experience Requirements:
  
• Experience in a classroom setting is preferred but not essential.
  
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
