Key Responsibilities:
- Support the institution's plans, policies, and procedures to enhance educational outcomes.
- Plan, implement, monitor, and review teaching strategies and resources.
- Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents and the local community.
- Participate in professional development and performance management initiatives.
- Act as a role model of professional conduct and commitment.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Degree in Education or relevant subject area.
- Completion of Initial Teacher Training (ITT).
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in a classroom setting is preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development.
