Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, interactive lessons in plumbing.
- Assess and evaluate student performance to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Develop curriculum and instructional materials to enhance the learning experience.
- Support students in their educational and personal development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve teaching strategies and student engagement.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Recognised teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one.
- Level 3 or other relevant professional qualification in Plumbing.
- Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Experience in the plumbing industry across various levels.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
Experience Requirements:
- Proven experience in a teaching role within the Further Education sector.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current plumbing practices and curriculum delivery.
- Good organisational and IT skills, applying digital technologies to learning.
