Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality theory and practical Motor Vehicle lessons
- Supporting learners through their studies and practical assessments
- Planning and preparing engaging learning materials
- Monitoring learner progress and providing constructive feedback
- Maintaining safe and effective workshop environments
- Contributing to curriculum development and quality improvement activities
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- A Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or a closely related discipline
- Recent industry experience within the automotive sector
- Strong practical and diagnostic skills
- Previous teaching, training, or assessing experience is desirable
- A recognised teaching qualification is preferred, though support may be available for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for developing the next generation of automotive professionals
