
PE Teacher
Supply Teacher of Physical Education (PE) - Full-Time
Dates: Monday 22nd June - Friday 17th July | Pay: £180 per day
We are seeking a passionate and committed Teacher of Physical Education for a temporary supply role at a well-regarded secondary school in Berkshire. This short-term position is open to applicants of all genders. We welcome diverse perspectives and are looking for an energetic PE specialist to inspire young people across the ability range.
The Role
- Teach PE across KS3 and KS4 (examination PE experience is desirable but not essential).
- Deliver engaging, active lessons rooted in a love for sport, fitness, and physical literacy.
- Support students to develop teamwork, resilience, and confidence through physical activity.
- Manage practical environments safely, ensuring high standards of behaviour and engagement.
- Work collaboratively within a supportive and established PE department during a busy summer term.
The School & Candidate
Based in Berkshire, this inclusive secondary school boasts a strong community ethos and supportive leadership. The ideal candidate will hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), possess a relevant sports degree, and have experience teaching PE in a UK secondary setting. Strong behaviour management skills and a deep commitment to safeguarding are essential.
