About the Role: As we lead into the 26/27 Academic year, we are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Engineering Lecturer to deliver high-quality teaching and inspire learners to achieve their full potential. You will play a key role in planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting student progress, and contributing to a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality teaching and assessment in engineering subjects.
- Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and compliance with industry standards.
- Support and mentor students in their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Engage in continuous professional development to maintain teaching excellence.
What We Are Looking For:
- A Level 3 qualification in engineering or equivalent.
- A higher education degree in a relevant subject.
- A teaching qualification or a willingness to obtain one.
- Relevant knowledge and experience with CNC Machines
Experience Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience in engineering practice.
- Previous teaching experience in further education is desirable.
- Experience in curriculum development is an advantage.
