An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Science Technician to join a well-established secondary school in London. This role is ideal for an organised and proactive individual looking to support the delivery of outstanding practical Science education across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
About the Role
- Prepare and set up equipment, materials and resources for practical Science lessons.
- Maintain laboratories, equipment and stock levels, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment.
- Support teaching staff with practical demonstrations and classroom activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a Science Technician, laboratory or educational support role.
- Good knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment and health & safety practices.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A positive, flexible and professional approach to supporting staff and students.
