Salary: £45-48 per hour- Long term position

About the Role:

A leading educational institution is seeking a passionate Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer to join their team. This role involves teaching and supporting students as they work towards achieving qualifications in carpentry and joinery. The institution is committed to fostering an engaging learning environment that promotes excellence in education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lessons in carpentry and joinery.
• Prepare and assess student's work, providing constructive feedback.
• Support students in their learning and personal development.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Contribute to curriculum development and enhancement.

What We Are Looking For:

• Level 3 qualification in carpentry and joinery or equivalent.
• Relevant professional qualifications in carpentry and joinery.
• Teaching qualification is desirable but not essential; training will be provided.
• Experience in delivering education or training is preferred.
• Further education teaching qualifications are an advantage.
