Hours: 2-3 days per week
We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic T Level Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join a thriving Further Education College. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineering professional or established lecturer to help develop the next generation of engineers through the delivery of the innovative T Level curriculum.
About the Role
- Deliver engaging theory and practical lessons across T Level Electrical and Electronic Engineering programmes.
- Support learners in developing the technical knowledge, skills, and behaviours required for progression into industry or higher education.
- Assess student work, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Contribute to curriculum development and maintain a safe, inclusive, and professional learning environment.
What We're Looking For
- A Level 3 qualification or above in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Experience teaching the T-level course
- Teaching experience within Further Education is desirable, although industry professionals looking to move into education are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for developing future engineering talent.
