We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic Business Lecturers for temporary assignments within Further Education colleges across Cambridge and Bedford starting in September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for qualified lecturers, trainers, and industry professionals with teaching experience to secure flexible teaching work within well-established FE settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Business Studies lessons across FE programmes.
- Teach subjects including Business, Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and related vocational qualifications.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor learner progress and provide timely feedback.
- Support students to achieve their academic and career goals.
- Maintain accurate records in line with college policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Previous teaching or training experience.
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent) desirable.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
