Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

- Collaborate with IT team members to improve service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic networking concepts.

Education Requirements:
