
Digital Transformation & Change Consultant
Digital Transformation & Change Consultant to lead and support key transformation initiatives. This role focuses on driving innovation, digitalisation and cultural change to enhance organizational performance. You will work across multiple workstreams, including business improvement, digital transformation, and service design, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
- Drive digitalization and channel shift strategies to improve customer and employee experiences.
- Support the development of collaborative hubs to foster innovation and service alignment.
- Provide project management expertise, ensuring resources and leadership support are in place.
- Monitor project impacts, manage risks, and ensure delivery of intended outcomes.
What I'm looking for;
- Proven experience in digital transformation, change management, and project delivery.
- Strong skills in stakeholder engagement, service design, and process improvement.
- Knowledge of change management principles and technology-enabled transformation.
- A proactive, innovative problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
