Housing & Support Assistant - London

Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week/ Part-Time | 20 Hours per Week

We are seeking a professional and motivated Housing & Support Assistant to support the day-to-day operation of our accommodation service in Walthamstow. This is a varied role requiring excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a commitment to providing high-quality support to residents.




Shift Pattern

🔹 8:00am - 4:00pm or 12:00pm - 8:00pm

🔹 Alternate weekends (one weekend on, one weekend off)




Salary

🔹 14.24 per hour




Key Responsibilities

🔹 Providing a professional reception service and responding to resident enquiries

🔹 Conducting well-being checks and property inspections

🔹 Supporting residents with appointments and community engagement activities

🔹 Reporting maintenance issues and assisting with operational tasks

🔹 Promoting a safe, positive, and inclusive living environment
