About the Role
Morgan Hunt is looking for an enthusiastic Aviation Lecturer for a further education college to help learners develop the knowledge, skills and confidence they need to succeed in this exciting global industry.
This is more than a teaching role, it is an opportunity to influence future aviation professionals by delivering engaging learning experiences that prepare students for employment or further study.
Drawing on your industry experience and expertise, you'll deliver high-quality teaching, provide academic and pastoral support, and help learners build the technical, professional, and personal skills employers value, including communication, teamwork, resilience and decision-making. You'll inspire students to achieve their full potential while developing strong relationships with employers to create valuable industry opportunities.

What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment that connects classroom theory with real-world aviation practice.
- Inspire and motivate learners to develop both technical knowledge and employability skills.
- Create engaging learning experiences using practical, theoretical, and digital teaching methods.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with employers to support work experience, industry engagement, and career progression.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to continuously enhance the learner experience.
- Support students both academically and pastorally, helping them achieve their individual goals.
About You
The college looking for someone who is passionate about developing others and enjoys working collaboratively within a supportive team.
You will have:
- A Level 3 (or above) vocational qualification in a relevant subject.
- Recent industry experience within aviation or a related field.
- A recognised teaching qualification and assessor award, or a willingness to achieve these.
- A Level 2 qualification (or equivalent) in English and Maths, or a willingness to work towards these qualifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire learners.
- A commitment to creating engaging, inclusive, and innovative learning environments.
