Job Title: SEN Tutor/Job Coach

Salary: £26,000 - £32,000

About the Role / Job Summary:

Morgan Hunt has partnered with a leading welfare-to-work provider who is seeking an SEN Tutor/Job Coach to guide and mentor learners in Leeds, helping them develop the skills necessary for successful employment. This is a permanent role that emphasizes collaboration with employers and educational institutions to create supportive internship opportunities for participants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach Employability Skills to learners with special needs.
• Support individuals in securing and maintaining work placements.
• Conduct assessments and provide feedback on participant progress.
• Facilitate workshops to develop essential workplace skills.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience of teaching employability or functional skills to learners with special needs.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting individuals with barriers to employment.
• Experience in developing training programs or workshops is advantageous.
• Will need to hold a Level 3 teaching qualification.
