As the New Academic year is knocking the doors, we are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Maths Lecturer to inspire learners and support them in achieving their academic and career goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate mathematics professional who enjoys helping students develop confidence, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of mathematical concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective mathematics lessons to learners across a range of levels and abilities.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality teaching sessions that support student achievement.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback to support improvement.
• Develop engaging resources and learning activities to enhance understanding.
• Support students with different learning needs and encourage academic confidence.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
• Contribute to curriculum development, quality improvement, and team activities.
• Keep up to date with developments in mathematics education and teaching practice.

About You

We are seeking a candidate who has:

• A relevant degree or professional qualification in Mathematics or a related subject.
• Strong subject knowledge and the ability to explain mathematical concepts clearly.
• Experience teaching or supporting learners in a maths education setting.
• Excellent communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for inspiring students and helping them achieve their potential.
• A recognised teaching qualification (such as PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent) is desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.
