About the Role / Job Summary:
This college group is a well-established provider of further education in South Yorkshire. We are seeking an enthusiastic Electrical Engineering Lecturer to join our dynamic team. This role offers an opportunity to deliver engaging teaching across Teaching Level 3 T Levels, Level 3 BTEC, Level 4 (HNC) and Level 5 (HND) modules, focusing on complex engineering principles, analytical methods, and professional project management., adult provision, and apprenticeships in Electrical Engineering. You will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their full potential while contributing to curriculum development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging teaching across Level 3-5 programmes, adult provision, and apprenticeships in Electrical Engineering.
- Support learners in achieving their full potential and contribute to curriculum development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
- Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
- Maintain strong relationships with industry partners to enhance learning opportunities.
Education Requirements:
- Relevant vocational qualification of at least level 4 in Electrical Engineering.
- Recognized teaching/ assessing qualification preferred or a willingness to obtain one
Experience Requirements:
- Experience in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Teaching or training experience
