Salary: £33,487 - £38,487 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Electrical Apprenticeship Skills Coach to inspire and guide learners starting their careers. This role involves coaching apprentices from day one to full qualification, conducting on-site performance reviews, and building strong relationships with learners and employers while tracking their progress through digital e-portfolios.

What You'll Do:

• Inspire and guide learners starting their careers in the electrical field.
• Coach apprentices from day one to full qualification.
• Conduct on-site performance reviews and workplace assessments.
• Build strong relationships with learners and employers.
• Use digital e-portfolios to track and record student progress.

What We're Looking For:

• A confident assessor/tutor who can engage and motivate diverse learners.
• Relevant industry NVQ Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) or higher.
• A1/V1/CAVA Assessors Award (or equivalent).
• Excellent IT skills and a teaching qualification (or willingness to obtain).
• IQA Award is desirable.
