Repairs Administrator - Blackpool

Morgan Hunt currently require a Repairs Administrator for Housing Trust based in Blackpool on a Temporary basis
Pay Rate : £13ph PAYE + £1.56 WTR = £14.56ph
Hours :35 hrs Mon to Fri - 8am to 4pm.
Location : Blackpool/Lancashire
Duration : 3 months on going contract

Duties

The role will involve providing administrative support to the Repairs Team updating system records, data entry, updating spreadsheets, correspondence supporting the Head of Responsive Repairs and Planning Team with day to day business operations.

Ideal candidate would be well organised, ability to multi task and prioritise, computer literate, reliable and strong communication skills
