**Job Title:** Website Support Executive

**Location:** Essex, United Kingdom

**Pay Rate:** £21.37 per hour (Umbrella)

**Contract:** 2 months, temporary, starting 1st week of August

**About the Role / Job Summary:**

A leading further education organisation is seeking a Website Support Executive for a two-month assignment to aid in the delivery of a new website build. This role focuses on content population, page building, and quality assurance within a CMS environment. The ideal candidate will possess practical CMS experience and the ability to work independently and efficiently on structured content tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Assist in the population of website content and ensure quality assurance.
• Build and manage web pages within the CMS.
• Collaborate with the project team to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Maintain organised documentation of content and processes.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of website functionality.
• Provide support and training to staff as needed.
  
  **Qualifications:**
• Practical experience with Content Management Systems (CMS).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail in content management and quality assurance.

**Education Requirements:**

• Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications in web development or digital media are a plus.

**Experience Requirements:**

• Previous experience in website support or digital content management.
• Familiarity with web design principles and practices.
• Experience in quality assurance processes is advantageous.
