Position: Learning Support Mentor
Location: Cambridge
Job Type: Full time and Part time both options available.

Pay: Up to £21 per hour

Key Details:

• Full-time opportunities with September 2026 starts.
• Support learners with SEND, SEMH, autism and additional learning needs.
• Work across specialist provisions within Further Education settings.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to help learners achieve their goals.
• Assist teaching staff in delivering inclusive and engaging learning sessions.
• Promote learner independence, confidence and positive behaviour.
• Maintain accurate learner records while following safeguarding and college policies.
