Business Management Lecturer (Level 4 & 5 Foundation Degree)

Full-time | £40,000 - £50,000 | Permanent | Start September

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Management Lecturer to deliver engaging teaching on our Level 4 & 5 Foundation Degree programmes. You will inspire students, support their academic success, and contribute to a high-quality learning experience while helping to develop an industry-focused curriculum.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment.
• Plan and prepare lessons and learning materials.
• Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
• Develop and review curriculum content.
• Build links with industry and professional bodies.
• Contribute to research, scholarship or professional practice.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Business, or a related subject.
• Recognised teaching qualification or fellowship.

Experience

• UK Higher Education teaching and assessment experience.
• Experience delivering Business Management modules.
• Curriculum design and module development experience.
• Evidence of research or professional practice.
• Strong industry knowledge and employer engagement.
• Programme leadership experience is desirable.
