Are you passionate about supporting people to rebuild their lives? We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Key Worker to join a supported accommodation service in Westminster.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with adults who have experienced mental health challenges, substance misuse, and complex needs, including individuals transitioning from residential rehabilitation.

Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with Monday to Friday working and no evening or weekend shifts.

🏡 The Role

You'll work across four supported accommodation sites in Westminster, providing person-centred support that helps residents build confidence, maintain their accommodation, and move towards greater independence.

✅ Key Responsibilities

🔹 Deliver one-to-one support and regular key work sessions

🔹 Complete support plans, risk assessments, and reviews

🔹 Promote recovery, wellbeing, and independent living

🔹 Support residents to access healthcare, benefits, employment, training, and community services

🔹 Work closely with mental health teams, probation, substance misuse services, and other partner agencies

🔹 Maintain accurate records and contribute to positive outcomes for residents

👤 About You

✔️ Experience supporting adults with mental health, homelessness, substance misuse, or complex needs

✔️ A person-centred and trauma-informed approach

✔️ Strong communication and organisational skills

✔️ Ability to work independently across multiple sites

✔️ Passionate about helping people achieve lasting positive change
