We are looking for caring, reliable, and compassionate Support Workers to join our growing team in London. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals who need support to live independently and achieve their personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality person-centred support.
• Assist with daily living activities, including personal care where required.
• Support individuals with community activities, appointments, and social engagement.
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice.
• Administer medication (where trained and authorised).
• Maintain accurate records and follow care plans.
• Work in line with safeguarding and health and safety policies.

Requirements:

• A caring and positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Previous care or support work experience is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
