🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality IT teaching to Further Education students.
  
• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across relevant IT and Computing programmes.
  
• Support students in developing their technical knowledge and practical IT skills.
  
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback to support progress.
  
• Monitor learner achievement and maintain accurate student records.
  
• Prepare teaching materials, schemes of work and assessments in line with curriculum requirements.
  
• Support students with their academic and professional development.
  
• Ensure safeguarding, equality and health and safety requirements are met.
  
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an effective learning experience.
  
  
  
  
  👤 About You
  
  We're looking for someone who has:
  
• Relevant experience teaching IT, Computing or a related subject within Further Education.
  
• Strong knowledge of IT and Computing principles and practices.
  
• Experience delivering engaging lessons to FE students.
  
• Excellent communication, classroom management and organisational skills.
  
• The ability to assess learner work and provide effective feedback.
  
• A passion for supporting students and helping them achieve their goals.
  
• A relevant teaching qualification and/or industry experience would be desirable.
