We're currently looking for a Recovery Coordinator to join a specialist substance misuse service in Tunbridge Wells.

This is a great opportunity for someone with experience supporting vulnerable adults, particularly within substance misuse, mental health, homelessness, criminal justice or other complex-needs services

What you'll be doing

• Managing a caseload and supporting individuals throughout their recovery journey

• Completing assessments, risk assessments and personalised recovery plans

• Providing regular one-to-one keywork sessions

• Supporting clients with issues including housing, benefits, mental health, employment and physical health

• Promoting harm reduction and safer substance use

• Working closely with partner agencies and other professionals

• Maintaining accurate case records and monitoring client progress

• Supporting individuals to build independence, resilience and long-term recovery

Who we're looking for

We're particularly interested in candidates who have:

• Experience supporting vulnerable adults or people with complex needs

• Previous caseload management experience

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

• An understanding of safeguarding and risk management

• Good written and organisational skills

• A person-centred and non-judgemental approach

You don't necessarily need to come from a substance misuse background - experience in areas such as homelessness, mental health, criminal justice, supported housing or community support can also be highly relevant
