Driver Labourer

Morgan Hunt have a vacancy for a labourer, with a driving licence to work with a large maintenance oranisation in South Ayrshire. This role involves supporting maintenance operations through various labouring tasks, ensuring that work sites are clean and organised. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in assisting trades staff and contributing to the overall efficiency of the projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear out empty properties, including the removal of furniture, fixtures, and fittings.
• Assist trades staff with general labouring duties.
• Load and unload materials and equipment.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas.
• Transport materials across various work sites.
• Support maintenance teams with daily operational tasks.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• References available on request.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with maintenance tasks is beneficial.

37 hours per week, requirement for 8 weeks then reviewed
