Driver Labourer

Morgan Hunt require 2 x Labourers with Driving Licence to carry out labouring work with a large maintenance organisation, you will be responsible for clearing out void properties, including the removal of fixtures, fittings, and any left-behind furniture. You will work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient property turnover while maintaining a clean and organised work environment and adhering to health and safety regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

• Clear out void properties, including removing fixtures, fittings, and furniture.
• Collaborate with the voids team for efficient property turnover.
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.
• Assist in other labouring tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• Valid driving licence - vehicle provided.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Knowledge of safety practices in construction or maintenance environments.

Must be able to provide recent references.

37 hours per week

6 months then reviewed.
