Housing Officer

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join a reputable housing organisation on a temporary basis for around 3 months.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting residents, managing tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with housing regulations. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the community while working in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage tenant inquiries and provide support for housing-related issues.
  
• Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance activities.
  
• Ensure compliance with housing policies and regulations.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of community programs.
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for housing activities.
  
• Collaborate with local agencies and stakeholders to enhance community services.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Knowledge of housing regulations and policies is an advantage.

Education Requirements:

• Relevant degree or qualification in housing, social work, or a related field is preferred.
  
• Professional certifications in housing management are a plus.
  
  Experience Requirements:
  
• Previous experience in a housing officer or similar role is preferred.
  
• Experience in customer service or community engagement is advantageous.
