We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Lecturer in Floristry to join a Further Education provider in Northamptonshire on a temporary basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire aspiring florists by delivering engaging, practical and theory-based lessons, helping learners develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed within the industry.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience teaching Floristry or working within the floristry industry
• A recognised teaching qualification or relevant vocational experience
• Strong communication and learner engagement skills
• A passion for supporting students to achieve their full potential

This part-time role (0.8 FTE) is initially available until 23 October and would suit both experienced lecturers and industry professionals looking to move into education.
