Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for an experienced Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer to join a well-established college in East Yorkshire on a 35 hours per week temporary contract.






Role Details

• Position: Health & Social Care and Early Years Lecturer
• Location: East Yorkshire
• Contract: 35 Hours per week (Temporary)
• Pay Rate: Negotiable

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective HSC and Early Years lessons to students of varying abilities.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
• Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience teaching HSC and Early Years
• A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
• A relevant degree or recognised qualification in related subject
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
