**Job Title:** Interim Curriculum Manager

**About the Role / Job Summary:**

Our client are looking for an Interim Curriculum Manager to lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives that support student learning and achievement. This role is pivotal in ensuring curriculum relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of innovation and best practices within the educational environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Lead the development and implementation of curriculum initiatives that support student learning and achievement
• Collaborate with academic staff to ensure curriculum relevance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess curriculum effectiveness through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
• Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for faculty related to curriculum design and pedagogy.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote curriculum innovations and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

• Demonstrated experience in curriculum design and implementation.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and compliance standards in education.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

**Education Requirements:**

• A relevant degree in Education or a related field.
• Postgraduate qualifications in curriculum development or educational leadership are desirable.

**Experience Requirements:**

• Experience in a leadership role within further education is preferred.
• Proven track record in curriculum development and educational improvement.
