We're hiring an IT Service Desk Analyst to join an established public sector team in Norwich. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, supporting over 3,000 users. Your day-to-day will involve troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining data integrity, and ensuring smooth operations for both clinical and corporate customers. This is your chance to make a real impact in a fast-paced environment.

We're seeking someone with strong customer service skills, experience in IT support.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10/11 is essential, and experience in NHS or public-sector IT is a plus.

This is initially a 3 month contract but may extend further.
