
Housing Advisor
Morgan Hunt are looking for a Customer Engagement Coordinator. This serves as a vital first point of contact for tenants, leaseholders, and contractors with housing inquiries. This role is essential in delivering informed and courteous customer advice and information. The post holder will engage with customers both in person and through various communication channels, ensuring a high-quality service that represents the organisation effectively and champions resident's views. This role is Office based
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilise the IT system to report repairs raised by customers and stakeholders, keeping them informed of progress.
- Monitor the repair process to ensure customer satisfaction and assist in resident satisfaction surveys.
- Support the Housing Services Team in delivering a customer-focused service, including handling communal repairs and administrative duties.
- Provide professional service to residents, contractors, and partner agencies.
- Assist with tenant viewings and processing tenancy changes in a timely manner.
- Respond to resident inquiries regarding tenancy, leasehold, rent, and repair matters.
Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to respond flexibly to non-routine situations and establish effective relationships with customers.
- Good computer skills, with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
Education Requirements:
- Good general standard of education: 5 GCSEs or equivalent.
Experience Requirements:
- Experience working with the public and engaging customers at every step.
- Knowledge of housing sector principles and a willingness to learn.
- Experience in administrative roles or customer service environments.
