British Sign Language (BSL) Support Workers - Level 2 & Level 3

Supporting: Learners aged 16-19
Setting: Further Education

Morgan Hunt is looking for enthusiastic and caring BSL Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Support Workers to support deaf and hearing-impaired students at leading Further Education colleges across North London.

The Role

• Provide one-to-one and classroom support for deaf and hearing-impaired learners.
• Communicate confidently using British Sign Language.
• Help students access lessons, assessments and college activities.
• Work closely with lecturers and learning support teams.
• Encourage independence, confidence and active participation.
• Create an inclusive and positive learning environment.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised BSL Level 2 or Level 3 qualification.
• Previous experience supporting young people or adults within education, SEND or a similar environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A patient, supportive and encouraging approach.
• A valid Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
• Full right to work in the UK.
