📅 Academic Term Time Only

⏰ Weekdays between 8:30am and 5:00pm

About the Role

We are seeking reliable and professional Exams Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations at a college in Northamptonshire.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are organised, attentive to detail, and confident working with young people. Previous invigilation experience is welcomed but not essential, as full guidance will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up examination rooms in line with required standards and regulations
• Welcome students and distribute examination materials
• Maintain examination conditions and ensure all rules are followed
• Collect and process examination papers in accordance with awarding body requirements
• Support students requiring approved exam access arrangements, including acting as a reader or scribe where appropriate
• Ensure examinations run efficiently, fairly, and professionally

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to follow clear guidelines and procedures
• A professional and reliable approach to work
• Flexibility to work during examination periods
• Experience working with young people
• Previous invigilation or similar experience (desirable but not essential)
