Electrical Assessor

Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Salary: £40,000 per annum

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Assessor to join a well-established training provider based in Crawley. This role will focus exclusively on supporting and assessing Electrical apprentices, with a caseload of approximately 40 learners.

The role will involve regular on-site visits, with the majority of employer visits taking place within approximately 20 miles of Crawley.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of around 40 Electrical apprentices throughout their apprenticeship programmes.
• Carry out regular workplace assessments and progress reviews at employer sites.
• Support apprentices with their portfolios, evidence and preparation for End-Point Assessment.
• Maintain accurate learner records and ensure apprentices remain on track with their programme.

What We're Looking For

• A recognised Assessor qualification such as TAQA, A1 or equivalent is essential.
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent industry background.
• Previous experience assessing Electrical apprentices is essential.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for regular employer visits.
