Homelessness Operations Manager

Are you ready to make a real impact in homelessness services?

We are looking for an experienced homelessness professional to step into a key interim role, lead a staff team, strengthen agency partnerships and drive meaningful service improvements.

You will be brought in to:

• Lead and support 2 operational managers
• Strengthen partnerships across housing, health, mental health and substance misuse services
• Drive effective MDT and multi-agency working
• Improve referral pathways and joined-up support
• Identify gaps, unblock problems and implement practical change
• Help embed trauma-informed, person-centred ways of working

You will need strong homelessness sector experience, the confidence to bring different agencies together and the ability to hit the ground running.
