Position: EHCP Coordinator
Location: East London

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and organise annual reviews.

Work with learners, families, teaching staff and external professionals to gather information and ensure plans reflect each learner's needs.

Track learner progress against EHCP outcomes and follow up on agreed actions.

Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation is completed within the required timescales.

Support a joined-up approach to SEND provision across the college.

Requirements:

Previous experience coordinating EHCPs and annual reviews.

A strong understanding of SEND processes and EHCP requirements.

Excellent organisation, communication and record-keeping skills.

Experience in further education is desirable.

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
