🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Mathematics lessons across a range of levels, including GCSE and Functional Skills.
• Plan, prepare, and assess lessons in line with curriculum requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.
• Support learners with varying abilities to improve confidence and attainment.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress, and achievement.
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance learner outcomes.
• Ensure all teaching meets safeguarding, equality, and quality standards.

👤 About You

We're looking for someone who has:

• Experience teaching Mathematics within a Further Education College or similar setting.
• Excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting learners and helping them achieve their full potential.

Desirable

• PGCE, Cert Ed, or an equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience delivering GCSE and Functional Skills Mathematics.
• Experience supporting learners with additional learning needs.
