Repairs Assistant

About the Role / Job Summary:

A dedicated Repairs Assistant is needed for a temporary contract lasting approximately three months. The role is to start ASAP. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the efficient management of repairs within the housing sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for utilising homemaster systems to manage and raise repairs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and raise repairs using homemaster systems.
• Handle open repairs efficiently, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Process and raise invoices related to repairs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience with homemaster or similar systems.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a repairs or maintenance role is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
